What can graphology do for your business?

Ensuring a candidate's personality is appropriate, and suited to a position, is as important as validating relevant paper qualifications and skills. No single test or method provides all the answers - people are too complex - but when graphology is used in conjunction with other HR tools and resources it can provide valuable and objective insights to a person's character.

Graphology gives the employer a wealth of information about the applicant. For example, organisational abilities, communication skills, conscientiousness, integrity, etc. Knowing this prior to hiring or developing someone allows a better understanding of how they should be managed and reduces the potential for problems to arise.

Handwriting analysis is useful for discovering the different personalities in a team. Today employers require qualifications, experience and achievement of a single person but they also expect characteristics that can be mutually exclusive - even contradictory. It is impossible to be all things to all people!

Take a look at the following examples. What do they tell you? Which of the them is the sociable sales person and which is the independent software engineer?
