Today employers require qualifications, experience and achievement of a single person; however, nobody is perfect – but a team can be.
Handwriting analysis is useful for discovering the different personalities in a team, especially when used alongside methods, such as Belbin’s Team Roles. Different people have different strengths and a combination of these working together that makes a team a success.
We have all worked with, or encountered the ‘workhorse’, ‘bright spark’ ‘company person’, ‘leader’, ‘spokesperson’, ‘follower’ – to mention a few. Individually, how many of these have driven us to distraction but, when given an appropriate role in a team, have the potential to generate success? Different personalities have the capacity to stimulate debate or discussion on how the team should implement its ideas.
Handwriting and tree drawing analysis and drawing completion exercises open up discussions and exploration by allowing individuals to explore similarities and differences in style and presentation. My interpretation in terms of characteristics reveals the relevance to a team situation.

The team had a wonderful time and as the whole idea was about bringing us closer together as many of us work remotely - your session did just that. It was amazing to see how people opened up and in such a short time we really got to know each other. We couldn't stop talking about your findings and how accurate they were for the rest of the day and it made for some interesting conversation over dinner that evening. From a managers point of view it was very interesting to understand what makes some of the team members tick and your findings both confirmed and also brought in some surprises.
