Tree Drawing Analysis
"Character is like a tree and reputation like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing."
Abraham Lincoln
The interpretations of the drawing of a tree is closely related to those in handwriting analysis. Many of the same principles are used to analyse tree drawings. The way the page is used and filled, how much pressure is used, types of strokes, proportions and much more. From all of this it is possible to provide a personality profile.
A tree drawing reveals feelings, influences and interests. Symbolically trees are associated with an individual's inner emotional state and development. When used in conjunction with handwriting analysis it can either confirm a personality profile, or alert the graphologist to traits not evident in the handwriting.
People draw very different types of tree:

Creative, mentally active and industrious. Open to influence but also inhibited.

An idealistic daydreamer who overextends herself. Seeks out adventure but with some caution.

Correct, conventional and objective but doesn't always speak their mind.
"I am completely amazed. A tree drawn in 5 minutes, of no artistic merit whatsoever, and which actually turned out differently than expected, enabled Patricia Field to tell me things about myself that she really shouldn't have been able to."
David Baldock, Director, The Jane Austen Centre
"I just wanted to say a big thank you for the brilliant job you did with the tree drawing analysis. We will definitely use your services again."
Teena O'Mara, Columbus Independent Financial Advisers Ltd
"I was truly amazed at the accuracy of your interpretation of my tree profile! At first I thought that tree sketches were a gimmick of some kind - but now I am completely converted."
Fiona Beddoes-Jones, Director, The Cognitive Fitness Consultancy
